The WELDPLAST 600 is the most powerful hand extruder from Leister. The ergonomically shaped extrusion welder convinces with 6 kg/h (13.2 lbs) output for plastic welding in tanks and containers. Its double-sided rod intake gives the powerful Leister hand extruder more flexibility when welding large objects made of polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP). These can includes tanks, electroplating tanks, water reservoirs, fish breeding tanks, flue gas scrubbing systems, pipelines, etc., for example. In addition to it�s brushless blower motor, the WELDPLAST 600 is also equipped with a brushless drive motor. This makes it particularly powerful and durable, ensuring a long life-span with very little maintenance. Specially designed for the materials and applications that utilize HDPE and PP, the WELDPLAST 600 is ideally suited for extrusion welding in tanks and containers. With its specifically designed screw, preheating nozzles and variable handle positions, this hand extruder is well-rounded in its field. All of this makes Leister�s extruder the ideal plastic welding tool for large cross-sections. With its mechanical and electrical interfaces, the WELDPLAST 600 is prepared and predestined for integration into semi-automated work processes. The increasing quality requirements for tanks and containers were also taken into account when developing this extruder. That is why the WELDPLAST 600 is equipped with the proven Leister Quality System (LQS). Via the myLeister app, the welding parameters can be clearly documented in a log while welding. This is an advantage for users, as it allows them to showcase the quality of the work they have carried out. The WELDPLAST 600 is designed for tank and container construction. Its counterpart for civil engineering is the WELDPLAST 605.

The VARIMAT 300 automatic roof welding machine from Leister ensures reliable process safety when welding plastic sealing membranes and bitumen membranes on flat roofs. Thanks to high contact pressure and innovative swivel-in mechanism, it enables fast and precise positioning of the nozzle in the overlap. The flexible transport axis of the VARIMAT 300 ensures easy roof sealing with precise tracking, even with parapet closures close to the edge. Like its "brothers", the VARIMAT 700 and VARIMAT 500 automatic welding machines, the VARIMAT 300 is designed for different applications. Whether for roofing work or swimming pool construction, the VARIMAT 300 ensures good and fast processing of the waterproofing membranes. Truck tarpaulins and advertising banners can also be tightly welded with the VARIMAT 300. Its air partitioning concept, uncoupled from the pressure roller, helps minimize wrinkles during welding. This ensures optimal water flow and attractive appearance. Thanks to its large, user-friendly display, the VARIMAT 300 is easy to operate. The VARIMAT 300 is supplied in a sturdy rolling transport case for easy, ergonomic and safe transport. In order to meet individual customer requirements, two further versions of the VARIMAT are available: VARIMAT 700 and VARIMAT 500. These two automatic welding machines have additional safety components. The VARIMAT 300 has been deliberately kept minimalist and is therefore particularly suitable for price-sensitive customers.
