The LHS 61S SYSTEM is comprised of a two-component housing made of cast aluminum and polyamide, making it incredibly robust. It has integrated power electronics where the air temperature can be set continuously to up 650 �C (1202 �F). In addition, power control is possible via a galvanically separate 4-20 mA interface for controllers, SPS or external potentiometer. The heating element enables exceptional heat transfer and constant temperatures.

With a capacity of up to 5.5 kW, Leister�s LHS 41L PREMIUM is a medium-sized air heater that has been tested in use thousands of times. The housing�s small dimensions and mounting plate facilitate its integration into the production process. With a heating pipe diameter of 50 mm (1.97 in), the LHS 41L PREMIUM also enables high air flow for applications with high requirements. At the same time, the heating power can be continuously adjusted via a red rotary potentiometer on top of the housing.

The medium-sized LHS 41 air heater series covers an extremely broad application range. With a capacity of 2 kW to 3.6 kW, these air heaters are even more powerful than the LHS-21 series. The small footprint, despite more powerful hot air capacity, enable integration in special production processes. The 50 mm (1.97 in) heating tube diameter enables a particularly high air flow for applications with more requirements, making the hot air production process even more efficient.

The LHS 61 air heater series is the first choice when high performance is required in applications. Alongside its optimized heating element design and traditional Leister quality, the patented heating element cover guarantees yet another increase to the service life of the heating element. The air outlet diameter of 92 mm (3.62 in) allows high air volumes with up to 16kW of power. The LHS 61L SYSTEM allows a very simple control of the current and target temperature through an integrated temperature probe, integrated controller or interface.

The LHS 41L SYSTEM air heater provides integrated power electronics for continuously variable adjustment of outgoing air temperature. In addition, there is also a remote power control option via an electroplated separate 4 � 20 mA or 0 - 10 V interface for external controllers, existing PLC systems or potentiometer. The integrated and patented heating element protection prevents the hot air device from overheating during operation.
