The LHS 61S SYSTEM is comprised of a two-component housing made of cast aluminum and polyamide, making it incredibly robust. It has integrated power electronics where the air temperature can be set continuously to up 650 �C (1202 �F). In addition, power control is possible via a galvanically separate 4-20 mA interface for controllers, SPS or external potentiometer. The heating element enables exceptional heat transfer and constant temperatures.

With a capacity of up to 5.5 kW, Leister�s LHS 41L PREMIUM is a medium-sized air heater that has been tested in use thousands of times. The housing�s small dimensions and mounting plate facilitate its integration into the production process. With a heating pipe diameter of 50 mm (1.97 in), the LHS 41L PREMIUM also enables high air flow for applications with high requirements. At the same time, the heating power can be continuously adjusted via a red rotary potentiometer on top of the housing.

Leister's air heaters are specialized for use in applications with the highest hygiene requirements. The LHS 61L classic is suited for permanent operation without loss of power thanks to its 16kW of power and constant airflow. Leister's inline heaters have been developed specifically for industrial process heat applications that require high temperatures and strong air flow.

The LHS 21L CLASSIC was developed for special integration directly in production and machine systems for sterilizing, drying, welding, cleaning, shrinking, shaping, hardening, trimming and activation activities. With its compact housing and easy installation from above, the industrial air heater can be integrated quickly and easy in all types of production lines. With an output of 3.3 kW and a high maximum temperature, the unit is thus a universally applicable powerhouse.The LHS 21L CLASSIC shines in numerous applications: For example, it is perfect for various drying and heating processes, shrinking and welding packaging sheets and plastic molded parts, as well as sterilizing packaging materials like bottles, corks and containers. At the same time, safe and reliable operation is guaranteed thanks to Leister’s tested and proven quality, as well as the device and heating element overheating detection.

The medium-sized LHS 41 air heater series covers an extremely broad application range. With a capacity of 2 kW to 3.6 kW, these air heaters are even more powerful than the LHS-21 series. The small footprint, despite more powerful hot air capacity, enable integration in special production processes. The 50 mm (1.97 in) heating tube diameter enables a particularly high air flow for applications with more requirements, making the hot air production process even more efficient.

Leister hot air systems are used in countless industrial production processes. The LHS 41L line was developed for particularly high demands, even in a 4.4 kW version, which provides twice as much capacity as the LHS 41S production line. As with all LHS CLASSIC products, the temperature cannot be regulated separately on the LHS 41L CLASSIC. However, the device is suited for easy, continuous use with consistently high heating output. All Leister LHS products are equipped with heating element protection, enabling use over long periods of time.

The LHS 61 air heater series is the first choice when high performance is required in applications. Alongside its optimized heating element design and traditional Leister quality, the patented heating element cover guarantees yet another increase to the service life of the heating element. The air outlet diameter of 92 mm (3.62 in) allows high air volumes with up to 16kW of power. The LHS 61L SYSTEM allows a very simple control of the current and target temperature through an integrated temperature probe, integrated controller or interface.

The LHS 41L SYSTEM air heater provides integrated power electronics for continuously variable adjustment of outgoing air temperature. In addition, there is also a remote power control option via an electroplated separate 4 � 20 mA or 0 - 10 V interface for external controllers, existing PLC systems or potentiometer. The integrated and patented heating element protection prevents the hot air device from overheating during operation.
