ELEKTRA S speaks your language. There are 20 language settings within the system to choose from, ensuring an intuitive and smooth site experience. All available models are compliant with International Standard: ISO 12176-3 Operator traceability and ISO 12176-4 Fitting/ Pipe traceability.
ELEKTRA S is a universal electrofusion machine characterized by high performance and reduced weight. This revolutionary welding machine has been designed to weld EF fittings up to OD 200mm* for PE, PP, PP-R high pressure pipelines. Each machine is available in two different power supplies, 230V and 110V.
Welding EF fittings within the range 8 ÷ 48 V, each ELEKTRA S machine is provided with:

• High resistance technopolymer shell
• “Defender” protection system that protects against dust and rain
• Lifting handle and cable wrapping
• In-built memory that records up to 4000 welding reports
• Functionality to download each welding report. Reports can be saved in the following formats to USB (via the USB port); PDF, CSV, BIN format. Use the USB port in conjunction with an ESC-POS printer onsite for immediate printing. 
• 2.4” LCD Graphic display with intuitive control panel 
• 90° universal connectors 4.0-4.7mm
• Laser scanner to read EF fitting barcodes to automatically set the welding parameters according to ISO 13950. The technology of the scanner  has been designed with enhanced reading quality in the case of severe light reflections or contrasts.
• Functionality to enter welding parameters (tension/time) and the welding barcode digits manually if required.
• Traceability: ISO 12176-3 and Operator traceability.

ELEKTRA 500 is an high performance universal electrofusion machine, suitable for welding HDPE, PP, PP-R couplings (from 8 to 48 V).
Composed of:

• machine body surrounded by a tubular steel frame, thus creating a protective structure that gives to the welding design and functionality while also serving as transport handle and cable winding.
• Large graphic display that stands out for the size and resolution of the icons, making them easy to read in the setting and welding stages
• Intuitive control panel that simplifies and speeds up the setting of the welder
• Universal connectors; no need of adapters
• GPS (on request) useful in jobsites where traceability is necessary
• A laser scanner - barcode reading system that allows the automatic setting of the welding parameters. There are nonetheless two manual settings available: by setting the welding tension/time parameters, and by introducing the numerical code indicated under the bar code, in order to recognize automatically the welding parameters
• Internal memory of 4000 welds; the name of the operator among with the traditional welding data can be generated in PDF format. These reports can be downloaded to a PC through a USB port
• USB port allows updating the welder firmware, the reports download or a printer ESC-POS connection

The Elektra Light Electrofusion Welder is a universal electrofusion machine suitable for welding all brands of Electrofusion fittings. This machine is suitable for welding pipes and fittings for the transportation of gas and water. The Ritmo Elektra Light Electrofusion Welder can weld electrofusion fittings from 20 – 125mm. 140mm and 160mm couplers can be welded by allowing the machine to cool down between operations. The machine’s structure is lightweight making it extremely easy to carry around on site. The machine offers built-in memory with 325 welding cycles. The machine allows the user to transferring data to a computer and pull multi reports in PDF format.
